Course Details
Designed to build basic valve awareness, this introductory course is suitable for those who have no prior knowledge or who have a basic appreciation of the primary valve types.
Course delivery can be tailored to suit any audience, including office-based personnel and those that are new to the industry.
Entirely classroom based; 3D modelling and an extensive selection of cut-away training valves are used to aid visualisation and understanding of valves and their main components.
The course looks at the following valve types:
- Pressure Safety Valves
- Plug Valves
- Ball Valves
- Control Valves
- Gate Valves
- Butterfly Valves
- Check Valves
- Globe Valves
- Double Block and Bleed Valves
- Diaphragm Valves

- Flow manipulation
